DOG FESTIVAL
The International Dog Show has been held for several years now by the Sociedad Lora-Barri de Portugalete.
A large number of dogs from a wide range of breeds take part and there is a formal presentation in which expert judges on dogs appraise each animal in each breed.
Entries come from a number of European countries and from all over Spain.
It is held in the park, Parque de la Florida, in the second week in July.
